Within the bustling metropolis of Seoul, the capital of South Korea, is Buk Chon. It is Korea's oldest town and therefore considered the heart of Korea's rich history. Alicia and Chris felt it would be appropriate to name their restaurant after Buk Chon because they wanted to bring these classic Korean philosophies regarding food to Philadelphia's own Old City, another location that encapsulates the a nation's historical roots
